What we collect and what we do with it
A short, plain notice. This website collects very little, and only when you send it to us.
What we collect
We only receive personal details when you choose to send them to us: through the contact form, or by emailing, calling or messaging us on the channels listed on this website. The contact form asks for:
- Your name and email address, which the form requires so that we can reply.
- Your company, phone number and the service you are interested in, if you decide to add them.
- Whatever you write in the message itself.
- If you contact us directly instead, we receive whatever you choose to send, including any documents you attach, such as a resume.
Why we collect it
We use these details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal and carry out the work that follows. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Where it goes
When you press send, the form passes your enquiry to Resend, the email delivery service we use, which delivers it to our company inbox, a Gmail account provided by Google. Both providers may process this data on servers outside India. This website does not store enquiries in a database of its own.
To slow down automated abuse of the form, the server keeps the network address of recent senders in memory for a few minutes and then discards it. The company that hosts this website may also keep standard server logs.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party trackers. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first.
Links to other services
The WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram links on this website open services run by other companies. The WhatsApp link passes through the wa.link redirect service before it reaches WhatsApp. Once you follow any of these links, what happens to your information is covered by that service's own privacy policy, not by this notice.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to handle your request and any project that comes out of it. If nothing follows from an enquiry, you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected or have them deleted. Write to the address below from the email account you used in the form, and we will act on it and confirm when it is done.
